Weddings

Rich plays ceremony music on acoustic guitar and provides live cocktail hour music. He can also entertain for a reception with his one-man-band act, as a DJ, or with his full band.

“We were looking for someone who could play guitar during the ceremony and cocktail hour, then DJ the reception. We were having a hard time finding someone we liked that was also able to play the variety of music we wanted. Between the two of us we were looking to play classic rock, modern rock, reggae, hip hop, pop. and classic wedding music. We found Rich and were impressed with the variety of music we had to choose from; almost to the point of wondering if he could actually pull it off. Well we were very pleasantly surprised! Not only did every song sound great, we received a lot of compliments on how the music was “so us” and how we were able to find someone to pull that off! When it came to DJing the reception we gave him a few examples of songs we wanted played and asked him to fill in the blanks based on the vibe of the crowd. Rich kept the dance floor full the whole time. The majority of the comments from our wedding were things like “I never left the dance floor” or “I’ve never danced so much” which is exactly what we wanted. We planned our wedding from out of state which made some coordinating difficult, but Rich was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him for any event, especially for folks like us who love music and had some very specific and custom requests!
